BARPEELING WN08
We have the Expertise to develop Tools for Bar Diameter 5- 250 mm. The Small WN 08 Series for Valve Steel Bars or WN/TN 15 series for Bogie Spring Bars or LN/LP 30,36,40 series for specialized machine bars. We have the expertise to design cutter head catridge as per the cutter head design.
CBN INSERTS
CBN inserts are widely used in CI Application as well as Hard Turning. We Supply Full Tipped, One side Tipped as well as full CBN inserts.
MILLING INSERT
General Milling application include Face Milling, Square Shoulder ,Slotting ,Profiling ,High feed and Plunge Milling. We supply inserts for all types of application & Material Group
SCARFING ID/OD
We have the Expertise to Scarf ERW Tubes. Be it any External Scarfing in the Tube Diameter Range 9-500 mm; we have the solution. We provide scarfing solution for Building Material Rectangular Tubes. Recently we had successfully developed Grade for SS tubes. The shank size of tool holders Ranges from 25/25 ,32/32,40/40,50/50 & 60/60. We had developed special holder with 60/65 as well for only 600x600 Mill in Asia.
BARPEELING LN/WN
We have different Range of Bar peeling insert for Bar Range 16-500 mm .The Depth of cut Ranges from 0.1 – 4 mm . We had also developed few grades for Heat Resistant bars.
TURNING INSERT
General Turning inserts for Steel, Stainless Steel ,Cast Iron ,Non-Ferrous and High Alloy Steel. We also Supply Specialized insert as per application requirement. We design ,Develop & Prove the inserts .
